This corporate writing course was set up by Rolf Soderlind, a former foreign correspondent for Reuters, AP and UPI. He reported news from 20 countries for three decades before joining Internal Communications at the global headquarters of Reuters in London in 2001.
Rolf, a Swedish citizen, worked for about five years as managing editor of the Reuters global internal website, editing and writing articles about the business of the information company. His exposure to business writing gave him the idea to start corporate writing courses for Reuters and other companies.
He left Reuters in 2006 after 18 years to form his own company, absolut writing limited. This course is based on editorial training methods adapted to the needs of the business.
Rolf has run successful workshops for about 240 Reuters and Thomson Reuters employees in London, New York, Boston, St Louis, Paris and Geneva. He has also gone into one-on-one coaching and this website is designed to promote that part of his business.
